How to book an Instant ride?
Once logged into the app, tap ‘Ride Now’. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your preferred vehicle type, and confirm your ride.

You can go to our booking.ok2go.app and book your ride without the app.

How do I update destinations for intercity and hourly rides?
  • Intercity: After reaching your first drop-off location, you can add your next destination within the app.
  • Hourly: Similar to intercity rides, you can add a new destination upon reaching your current destination.

What payment methods are accpeted?
Do i need to pay parking fees at the airport?

How do i get a fare estimate before booking?
You can see the estimated price displayed in the app before confirming any booking.
Where can i view my ride history and fare details?
Go to the menu and tap 'My Rides'.Select a specific ride to view its details, including the fare breaked.
Do i have to pay toll fees?
Yes, if your route include tool gates, it's your responsibility to cover the toll fee. If the fee was already deducted via FASTag, please incldue this amount when paying the total fare to the driver.

If you experience any app issues, please try the following:
  • Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed.
  • Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.

How do I rate my driver?
After your ride is complete, a feedback page will automatically appear in the app where you can submit your rating for the driver.
How do I contact customer support?
Support is available through the ride details page in the app - just select the ride and choose the support option.

Cancellation & Refund

Understand how cancellations, refunds, and scheduled ride policies work so you can plan your rides with confidence.

Which rides does this cancellation policy apply to?
Can I cancel my ride before a driver is assigned?
What happens if I cancel after a driver is assigned?
What if the driver or OK2GO cancels my ride?
If the driver or OK2GO cancels the ride before the scheduled pickup time, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
What if the driver is delayed?
If the driver is delayed by more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time and you choose to cancel, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
What is considered a “No Show”?
If you are not present at the pickup location within 20 minutes of the scheduled pickup time or vehicle arrival, the ride will be marked as a No Show. A No Show fee may be applied and adjusted in your next scheduled booking.
How do I report a cancellation or refund dispute?
Any cancellation or refund-related disputes must be reported to OK2GO Customer Support within 24 hours of the scheduled ride time.
Can OK2GO change this policy?
Yes. OK2GO may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective once published on the platform. In case of disputes, OK2GO’s decision will be final.
